Rob @ Ohio Linuxfest 2007

This year I will be speaking at Ohio Linuxfest (September 29th), in Columbus, Ohio. My talk is entitled “What’s New In 8.3?”, and will focus on the past year of PostgreSQL development and the upcoming features of 8.3. Along with explaining the new features I plan to spend a little time talking about the 8.3 dev cycle itself, which will hopefully be of interest to all OSS developers at the conference, even those not focused on database related things. This will be my first time at Ohio Linuxfest, and my first time in Columbus, so I am looking forward to meeting some new people and seeing some different parts of America. There will also be a PostgreSQL booth at the show this year, so if you’re able, please do stop in and say hi.
