PostgreSQL SourceForge Page Updated

I’ve uploaded the latest packages to SourceForge and sent a release announcement through thier system in case anyone needs an alternative download site. I’ve also started to rearrange the package release structure on the site so you can now monitor a particular package (8.1.x) and get notified of any future releases through thier system. Previously we use to make every release a seperate package which self-defeated the monitoring capabilities and also made things a bit cumbersome to manage, hopefully this new setup will be a bit cleaner. If I get motivated I’ll go through and clean up the older releases, but for now it should be good enough for going forward.
