Slides for Big Bad Upgraded Postgres Talk

Howdy folks! I finally got the slides up for the “Big Bad `Upgraded` Postgres” talk which I gave at PGCon 2012 (and previously at PGDay DC). The talk walks through a multi-terrabyte database upgrade project, and discusses many of the problems and delays we encountered, both technical and non-technical. I think the slides stand up pretty well by themselves, but you can also find out some additional info on my co-worker Kieth’s blog, where he has also chronicaled some of the fun times we’ve had along the way.
